The following home plans, diagrams and floor plans were designed by Progresso Heights Limited’s architects and designers. All of the floor plans on Progresso Heights Limited’s site(s) are suggested floor plans; lot owners are free to utilize their own architects and designers in planning and building homes on their lots.

All of the renderings on this page meet with, and comply with, local and state requirements, and additionally comply with the Architectural Review Board (“ARB”) and the Declaration of Covenants for Progresso Heights, and do not need any further approval from the ARB and/or the Developer and/or association.
