Heights Limited’s site(s) are suggested floor plans;
lot owners are free to utilize their own architects and
designers in planning and building homes on their lots.
All of the renderings on this page meet
with, and comply with, local and state requirements, and
additionally comply with the Architectural Review Board
(“ARB”) and the Declaration of Covenants for
Progresso Heights, and do not need any further approval
from the ARB and/or the Developer and/or association.
However, any plans, designs, or models by other architects
or engineers, or any alterations, amendments or changes
to the renderings on this page, do require approval, as
dictated by the Declaration of Covenants, and lot owner(s)
are responsible for securing permission from, and remaining
in compliance with, all local and state laws and ordinances.

to change with or without notice. In no event is Progresso
